This review is devoted to the problem of development “lampenflora” - phototrophic fouling communities in karst caves’ areas with artificial lighting used for tourism purposes. The experience domestic and foreign colleagues helps understand causes its occurrence, conditions formation communities; describes mechanisms adaptation individual species complex underground ecosystems.
